USA Technology and its subsidiary Argent Heating & Cooling are pleased to announce that Joe Andronaco received the National Association of the Remodeling Industry Metro DC Chapter 2007 Contractor’s Choice Award for his outstanding dedication and commitment to promoting the Chapter with consistent and special effort. Joe Andronaco serves on the NARI Metro DC Board of Directors and has actively participated with the ethics, membership, showcase of homes and pr/marketing committees. In addition, Argent Heating & Cooling has provided financial sponsorship to a number of NARI DC events.

USA Technology and its subsidiaries Paradigm Service Group are pleased to announce that Joe Andronaco received the Associated Builders and Contractors – Virginia Chapter 2007 Member of the Year Award for his outstanding dedication and commitment to ABC Virginia and the Construction Industry. Joe Andronaco serves on the ABC Virginia Board of Directors and recently completed a two-year term as Chairperson of the Management Education Committee. Under his leadership, the management education committee doubled the number of classes, outreach to students (doubled capacity and attendance) and nearly tripled revenues from those classes. He brought a strong focus to leadership education and the emphasis on the “soft skills” required in construction. As a result of his efforts, the committee received the National Award for Most Outstanding Management Education Program in the Nation.
