Meet Our Team

Michael P. Berard is the Chief Executive Officer of USA Technology Services, LLC. Mike has been serving the Greater Washington DC region since the late 1970s when he began his first business, Jennings Service Company. Since then, he has built businesses dedicated to serving the needs of the region, offering multiple technical services – electrical, fire safety, heating and air conditioning, telecom and home appliance repair – to residential and commercial customers in the greater Washington DC region. Mike provides strategic direction to the companies. Mike received his B.S. in Business from the College of William and Mary.

Joe Andronaco is the President of USA Technology focused on building each of the company’s business units. Joe’s primary focus is on developing new business and ensuring that the infrastructure is in place to support a high quality of service to existing and prospective customers. Joe has a long track record of building businesses in the region. Prior to joining USA Technology Services, Joe worked at WGLHoldings, Lehman Brothers and S.G. Warburg. Joe is very active in the community and in outside organizations, through Leadership Washington, Associated Builders and Contractors, and the Wall Street Institute. He has a B.A. from the University of North Carolina and a Masters in Business Administration with Honors from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Kirk Price is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of USA Technology. In this capacity, Kirk is responsible for the financial management of the company. Kirk has served as Chief Financial Officer for Mike Berard for many years. He also has significant operating experience, managing commercial business divisions. He is also currently President and owner of Home Appliance Repair, the premier appliance repair company in the region. Kirk received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
